La Fisheria expands into Downtown Houston

La Fisheria and their Mexican celebrity chef, Aquiles Chavez, will be opening their newest outpost of their vastly popular Mexican Seafood Restaurant in the Downtown Historic district at 213 Milam – in front of Market Square park.  They will join an already great lineup of restaurants in Barnaby’s and Fusion Taco.  Expect to be ready for dining and dancing, at their new 5K+ SF location.  This will be their 5th location, with their original location in the Heights,  The Woodlands, Playa Del Carmen, MX and Villahermosa, MX.   Simon Ha of Centric Commercial REA facilitated the transaction on behalf of the Landlord – SRC Capital.

Christian’s Tailgate Bar & Grill has leased 5,000 sqft at 1012 Congress.  This marks Christian’s Tailgates 5th location, of the venerated Houston Sports Bar.  Christian’s has been listed as Top 10 Burger in Houston, and Nationally by: Playboy, Esquire, Zagats, and Houston Press.  Simon Ha of Centric Commercial REA represented the Landlord.

Christian’s Tailgate Bar & Grill has leased a 6,000 sqft Free Standing building at 1010 Highway 6 North, at I-10, in the Energy Corridor. This marks Christian’s Tailgates 4th location in the Houston area, on an expansion of the 70 year old Houston restaurant institution. Simon Ha of Centric Commercial REA represented the Tenant, and Frank Donnelly negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Kensinger Donnelly.
