Simon Ha | Principal
Simon has been in Commercial Real Estate for the past 10 years. He began his career working for a REIT, and leasing a portfolio of 1 million + square feet of retail throughout Texas. He then went on to a Statewide Retail Brokerage firm, and focused on Tenant and Landlord representation. As the Principal of the Houston office, he managed and grew the office and the portfolio to 60 properties, numerous Tenant representation clients, and developers. He has also worked complex development transactions representing land owners, and site selection for Hotel, Multi-Family, Retail Developers, and Residential Homebuilders.
Simon received his B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University. He is also an active member of ICSC, ULI, and a CCIM candidate.

Daniel Hollek | Associate
Daniel has been involved in commercial related services including project leasing, acquisition of commercial properties, new business relations, development, and property management. His responsibilities include Project Leasing, Tenant Representation, New Development and Sales. Daniel’s business affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Business Network International (BNI).
Daniel completed his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Agricultural Finance and Real Estate. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesman in the State of Texas.

Abe Tieh | Associate
Abraham Tieh is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, and has been active in commercial real estate throughout Texas for over two decades. Prior to joining Centric Commercial Real Estate Advisors, Abraham worked for real estate private equity investment firm Everest Group, Inc. as director of acquisitions and asset management. He has extensive experience in retail property brokerage, portfolio management, risk assessment, and business administration with additional expertise in performing feasibility studies, structuring financing agreements and joint venture partnerships, and representing tenants and landlords. Abraham has established an outstanding track record of leading projects from purchase and conceptual design through construction and occupancy. He has a results-driven attitude and the ability to evaluate lease, purchases, potential investment opportunities, formulate comprehensive business plans, perform due diligence, and manage and dispose of properties.
He is the past president of National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. He is also the recipient of National Association of Realtors, Real Estate Buyer Agent Council’s Hall of Fame Award. Abraham is a graduate of University of Phoenix, where he received his BBSM in Business Administration and Management.
